Note: These out of state programs DO NOT result in a credential from the Detroit Institute of Gastronomy but allow the student to earn a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. DOL National Office of Apprenticeship and eligibility to test from the American Culinary Federation’s Certifications.
